Terms of payment
- Apartment rates are per day, based on 2-person occupancy
- A €25 supplement per night applies for every additional guest.
- The local tourist tax amounting to €3.30 per person/day is levied for all guests from the age of 14 years and is to be paid in advance of arrival along with the total balance.

- Children aged 0 – 2 years: free
- Children aged 3 – 6 years: €15 per day
- Children aged 7 – 13 years: €20 per day
Equipment for babies (cots and high chairs) is available on request.

- Final cleaning (included in the price if the kitchen is left clean. Otherwise, a flat rate of €50 is charged to cover the additional cleaning)
- Provision of fresh bed linen, hand and bath towels, and tea towels (free towel change on request)

Cancellation policy
The Italian Consumer Protection law does not provide for the right of withdrawal on hotel bookings. Nevertheless, we do allow cancellation according to the terms below.
- Free cancellation is excluded during the high season (Christmas, New Year, Carneval, August)
- Outside high season, cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made 13 to 4 days before arrival are charged 70% of the total booking price.
- Bookings cancelled 4 days before arrival or later, as well as no-shows, are charged in full.
These terms apply regardless of whether the apartment is subsequently booked by other guests for the same period or part thereof. Please refer to articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection law (Leg. Decree 206/2005).

Info
Digital, contactless check-in and checkout
The apartments can be accessed from 3 pm on the day of arrival. The digital key to open both the front door and the apartment door will be emailed to you from 12 noon on your day of arrival, after you have settled the balance incl. tourist tax and completed your online check-in.
On the day of departure, apartments need to be vacated by 10 am. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned a specific apartment or floor.

We will e-mail you all the information for payment and online check-in 2 to 7 days before arrival.
Parking
Gerharts is located in a traffic-calmed zone in the historical centre of Brixen, and direct access is only possible from our underground garage, where you’re welcome to park your car free of charge.
From there, you can take the lift to your apartment.
If you’re coming from the north, turn left into Kreuzgasse street right past Forum Brixen: our underground garage is next to the bus station (there’s a NKD shop sign on the left).
If you’re coming from the south, turn left at the bus station and right past the station entrance; on the left, you will find the entrance to our underground garage. You can choose your parking space from the ones marked with our logo.

Complimentary parking in our garage is available until 12 noon on your day of departure.
Parking is also available at the Zentralparkhaus Mitte car park (€25/day, a 3-minute walk away) or at the Max disco car park (free of charge, a 15-minute walk southwards)
Gerharts, Brixen – Holidays with Dogs in South Tyrol
You dog is welcome at Gerharts! Please bring your own blanket, basket and food. Dog accommodation is by prior arrangement, and at a supplement of €20 per night.
